About Aemate Industries

Aemate Industries is a Croatian company founded in 2021, specializing in the development and production of advanced solutions in the energy sector, robotics, and industrial automation.

We operate through two core business streams:

  • Product Innovation: We develop and manufacture our own line of industrial devices — most notably our Automated Well Cleaner systems for oil and geothermal well maintenance.
  • Engineering Services: We also design and build custom machinery, including robotic systems (tracked and wheeled), specialized manufacturing lines, and purpose-built machines tailored to our clients’ industrial needs.

Automated Well Cleaner Systems

Our signature product line — the Automated Well Cleaner (AWC) — is a family of modular devices designed for efficient cleaning and maintenance of oil and geothermal wells. These devices are used for the mechanical removal of paraffin deposits in oil wells and for the cleaning of scale deposits from the walls of geothermal wells. Each system is tailored to meet specific environmental and operational requirements.

Key features of the AWC systems include:

  • Operation via standard grid connection or full off-grid functionality, with options for extended battery modules or AC systems for extreme conditions
  • Mobile versions available for servicing multiple wells on the field
  • Remote control capabilities and fully autonomous operation
  • Real-time well performance data transmitted via satellite link

Other Key Projects

In addition to our core product development, Aemate Industries actively participates in advanced research and engineering initiatives across various industrial sectors.

Current highlights include:

  • CO₂ Corrosion Testing Laboratory: We are developing a specialized laboratory for testing corrosion caused by carbon dioxide. This project involves precise gas mixing under controlled pressure and temperature, simulating dynamic operating conditions. The system is designed to deliver high accuracy and repeatability, supporting advanced materials and infrastructure testing.
  • Advanced Wood-Based Composite Material Development: We are engaged in the research and development of a new class of high-performance materials derived from wood, enhanced through chemical and thermal processing. The result is a sustainable material with exceptional mechanical properties, suitable for structural and industrial applications.
  • Test Apparatus for Geothermal Turbine Systems: We are currently developing a dedicated testing apparatus for next-generation geothermal turbines. This system is designed to simulate real-world operational loads and conditions, enabling precise measurement and optimization of turbine performance before deployment.
